Hi, I'm Jessica.

I'm a leadership coach, facilitator, and strategist.For more than 18 years, I've worked with organizations tackling complex challenges in innovation, leadership, and creativity. Along the way, I've learned something that applies everywhere:The biggest obstacles usually aren't technical.Its the way people interact, communicate and buld trust.My work is about helping people notice what's getting in the way, think differently, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
